WeXL Financial is a company that provides opportunities for individuals to “WIN”. WIN simply means Wealth, Income and Networking. We believe every person has a desire to generate wealth and earn additional income. We are confident every person knows someone else with similar goals. While working independently, one may improve their financial situation. While working together, we will create health, wealth and happiness. Brett Redd is the CEO and co-founder of WeXL Financial. For the past 10 years, Brett has been a leading entrepreneur where he has built, managed and sold multiple companies spanning multiple industries. He has many responsibilities as CEO, but is primarily focused on operations, product development, fulfillment, company services and sustained growth.
Prior to founding WeXL Financial Brett founded and managed Intermountain Development and Investment, Inc. The primary focus of this company was to build wealth through land development and strategic investments. By working with other ambitious and qualified individuals, Brett learned the value of working with others that share similar goals of building personal wealth. He continues to use these relationships to improve his business and personal life.
Prior to his work in the development and investment industry, Brett built and operated a highly successful home security company in Orem, UT that provided security solutions to families across America. This successful direct sales company gave thousands of individuals an opportunity to generate income while providing a quality service.
Brett developed his passion for WeXL Financial while teaching college and high school students about personal financial literacy. He discovered the basic skills, knowledge and mindset he was teaching to youth were not understood by most adults. Since that time, he has been structuring a company that will teach individuals of any age and any experience how to generate income and start building wealth.
Brett says the underlying principle learned from his business experiences is that of duplication. At some point you will run out of time in day to do more. The only way to work less and to make more is to teach others what you know and build together. He wants to teach others how to generate income and turn it into wealth.
In addition to building businesses, Brett loves to spend time with his wife Laura and his two kids Autumn and Porter. They enjoy fishing, golfing, camping and traveling. He currently serves as the Utah County Chairman for the Jumpstart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy and has a passion for educating youth. He has a BS degree in Business Administration, with and emphasis in finance.
Kent Jensen—CFO/Founder
Kent Jensen is the Chief Financial Officer and co-founder for WeXL Financial Enterprises, Inc. Kent brings 20 years of financial accounting experience and has broad-based operational, financial, and project management skills with a proven track record of leadership.
Prior to founding WeXL Financial Kent has spent the last 5 years with his own CFO for hire consulting company helping small business with there tax and financial needs. Kent has a long track record as a CFO with privately held companies ranging from a start-up chemical manufacturer, to a large regional temporary staffing firm, to a $70 million distribution company.
Kent holds a Masters of Professional Accountancy degree from Weber State University as well as an Oregon Certified Public Accounting-retired and Certified Managerial Accounting Certificates.
Kent currently resides in the Portland, Oregon area with his wife, Linda and their two daughters Jessica and Anna.
